I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Feller Behavioral Health. From the first phone call I was impressed. They were kind and courteous and helpful on the phone. They made me feel like I was an old friend when I made the appointment. Making the appointment was easy and finding a time in my schedule was a breeze.
Their office has a great atmosphere. They are always so happy to see me and always cheerful. I am always so grateful for their positive environment that they work so hard to have in the office. Their office staff was willing to help me navigate the crazy insurance problems and were so patient with me.
Lanaiah Young has helped me so much with my Anxiety and Depression. She has had such a personal and unique strategy that has helped me heal my anxiety and given me more effective tools to deal with it on a day to day basis. She has literally changed my life. I know that I wouldn’t be where I am today without her help.
She is also aware that the goal is to NOT see me. She has helped me feel like I’m not broken, and need help the rest of my life. She has given me hope that I can do it on my own. It doesn’t feel like they just want me to keep coming for money, then want me to heal and stop coming. They care about me as a person.
Over the years, I have sought the help of a number of psychologists both for my own emotional progression and to help support members of my family as they have dealt with various issues including severe PTSD and depression. I have also actively participated in teaching and serving on the board of the local Utah chapter of a national mental health advocacy and community support charity. Having dealt with numerous mental health professionals in theses activities, I consider the diligence, guidance, insight, empathy and core knowledge of Dr. Kelly Feller as the best I have personally experienced.
