Holly Hinojosa, CSW
Holly Hinojosa, CSW has been in the field of mental health and substance use since 2002. She recently received her Master of Social Work from Weber State University. She has experience working with individuals who deal with different mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and substance use disorder. She has worked with children and adults in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Holly is passionate about supporting and guiding individuals in exploring their personal values and belief systems. She believes in taking a collaborative and holistic approach to therapy. She is an advocate for the client’s right to self-determination. She enjoys watching clients grow and build the confidence to live their lives.
Therapeutic Modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mind Body Bridging, Solution Focused, Strength-Based Therapy, and other evidence-based therapies.
