Heatherly Gardner

Heatherly Gardner, Master of Social Work (MSW), Certified Social Worker (CSW), received her undergraduate degree in Family Consumer and Human Development and her Masters of Social Work from Utah State University. She is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy trained and is passionate about working with people who have experienced Complex Trauma (C-PTSD), Dissociative Identity Disorders, Personality Disorders, and a variety of other mental health issues. She also has extensive training in substance and behavioral addictions. Heatherly believes an important key to healing is learning to replace judgment with curiosity and self-compassion while learning to trust your inner voice. She has spent over two decades volunteering and working to serve Plural, LGBT+, and Recovery Communities. Target population includes first-responders, VA, military, and other helping professionals. In addition to EMDR and IFS, Heatherly utilizes Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based therapies.
