Heatherly Gardner

Heatherly Gardner, Master of Social Work (MSW), Certified Social Worker (CSW), received her undergraduate degree in Family Consumer and Human Development (FCHD) and her Masters of Social Work degree from Utah State University. She has expertise working with people who have experienced Complex Trauma (C-PTSD), Dissociative Identity Disorders (D.I.D), Personality Disorders, and Chronic and phantom/ghost pain. Heatherly also has extensive training in substance and behavioral addictions. Heatherly has spent over two decades volunteering and serving military personnel, first responders, LGBT+, and recovery communities. She uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), and other evidence-based therapies. Heatherly believes an important key to healing is learning to replace judgment with curiosity and self-compassion while learning to trust your inner wisdom.
