Rebecca Howard, MFT-I

Rebecca Howard is a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern currently pursuing her master’s degree at Capella University. She works with children, couples, and families, offering a compassionate space to navigate life’s emotional and relational challenges. Rebecca brings a strengths-based, systemic perspective to her work, honoring the unique experiences and relationships that shape each person’s story.

Drawing from attachment theory, somatic awareness, and collaborative dialogue, Rebecca supports clients in building greater self-understanding, emotional regulation, and meaningful connection. She believes that relationships are at the heart of how we understand ourselves and the world around us—and that healing begins when we feel truly seen and understood.

In her work, Rebecca brings deep curiosity and warmth, helping clients gently explore the patterns that influence their lives. She is especially passionate about working with children, couples, and families, and is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful space where growth feels possible.
