Lucia Stone, AMFT

Lucia is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with over 11 years of experience in the mental health field through direct client care, education, and therapy. She has primarily worked with teens, young adults, and families, helping them navigate challenges such as trauma, ADHD, grief and loss, and interpersonal relationship struggles.

As a Peruvian-American therapist, Lucia understands the importance of cultural identity in the healing process. She is fluent in Spanish and provides therapy to both English and Spanish-speaking clients.

Lucia has specialized training in trauma treatment and working with neurodivergent individuals, including those on the autism spectrum. Her background as a special education teacher provides her with a deep understanding of cognitive and emotional development in children and adolescents.

Lucia is passionate about helping clients heal from trauma—not just mentally but also physically—by integrating mind-body approaches that promote emotional release and resilience. She strives to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, process emotions, and build meaningful connections.
