Jordan Little, MSW-I
Her therapeutic style is warm, curious, and collaborative. She walks alongside clients with gentle curiosity, helping them reconnect to their inner world and care for all the parts of themselves—especially those that feel messy, disconnected, or stuck. As trust and understanding grow, clients often experience a greater sense of clarity, connection, and calm, and feel less overtaken by emotional waves, stress, or a sense of being out of control.
Before pursuing therapy, she worked in various healthcare and family services roles, bringing a depth of lived and professional experience to her work. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Integrated Studies, combining Health Sciences, Communications, and Child and Family Studies to form a holistic, interpersonal foundation. Her areas of experience include chronic medical conditions, crisis response, and mindfulness-based stress reduction.
Outside the therapy room, she enjoys mixed martial arts, silent meditation retreats (totaling 35 days and counting), and facilitating sound baths at festivals and local events.
Therapeutic Modalities: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
